When we list and sell your home we only charge a total of 4% commission for each sale! OUR SECRECT is that 2.5% of the commission goes to the buyer’s agent. We cooperate with traditional FULL PRICED brokers through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) so they will have a continued interest in showing your home (because they get paid a typical commission).

This will be their last opportunity to experience an attack of buyers' remorse, and your efforts can minimize any second thoughts they may be having or any crankiness about issues that must be resolved at the closing. If you are not inclined to do the cleaning yourself, hiring a professional cleaner will be worth the investment.
