Our Fee StructureBrian and Linda Josef charge just 4% in total commissions to sell your home. This is broken down as a 1.5% listing fee and a 2.5% commission for a buyer's agent.

In the first plan, when a home is listed with a traditional broker and priced at $600,000 with a6% commission of $36,000, the proceeds to the seller are $564,000 (excluding loans and other closing costs). If listed with Josef Realty, the proceeds are $576,000. The seller nets$12,000 more by selling with Josef Realty.
In the second plan, a seller lists with Josef Realty, also at $600,000 but with a 4%commission of $24,000 and net proceeds to the seller are $564,000 (excluding loans and other closing costs). By listing your home at a lower price you should get a quicker sale and net the same as your competition at closing. Now, that's an advantage!
