Brian was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and spent his childhood years in Bucks County, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ. Brian moved to Northern California in 1979 to work as an electrical engineer for Varian, a defense contractor. By the mid 1980s he had gotten his real estate broker's license. By 1990 he was owner and broker of a successful real estate practice with responsibility for four offices and over forty sales agents.
Linda's roots are firmly planted in the west. She was born and raised in Southern California and is a 5th generation Californian. Her family is also documented among the first settlers of Whidbey Island, Washington.
Brian and Linda met in 1987. They soon found that as well as being best friends, they made wonderful business partners together. They grew their real estate business, built and remodeled homes and sold lots of real estate. That's what they've been doing ever since. They're darn good at it, too.
Today...Having been owners and agents of a large traditional real estate firm, and by watching the real estate market begin its downward cycle in 2006, Brian and Linda decided it was time to offer the selling public an alternative to standard high commission fees, accepted for decades without choice. Brian and Linda knew from experience that the tremendous savings made possible by new technological advances within the industry had not been passed down or shared with sellers. This understanding compelled them to create a business that not only offered a discount but bundled these lower commission fees with highly valuable tools along with dedicated service.
Brian and Linda's dog, Oliver, is the focus of much love and attention in their household. It's highly possible that there are plently of humans in this world that aren't loved and cared for as well as this dear puppy. In return, Ollie brings great joy to those who love him.
When not at work, Brian, Linda, and Oliver enjoy the beach, golfing, and fly fishing.
